We are a family owned and run business based at Clifton Wharf on the North Oxford Canal near Rugby. We offer you a holiday start point from a base centrally located on the waterway network for a variety of circular and out-and-return routes. Also a choice of start dates for short breaks, weeks or longer holidays.
With a canal boating holiday you have freedom to cruise along some of England's finest waterways: the choice of cruising from misty dawns to spectacular sunsets, or to just linger leisurely in remote and rural places aboard your self-contained floating holiday home.
Warwickshire boasts some of Britain's most beautiful countryside, a delight for photographers, artists and for those who just love watching the wildlife.
Major tourist attractions such as Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry Cathedral and Warwick Castle are all within reach. Other cruising routes can take in the Battlefield at Bosworth, the Stoke Bruerne Waterway Museum and even Windsor Castle. For the more energetic there is all the fun of Drayton Manor Park, the Snow Dome at Tamworth and for the chocoholics there is Cadbury world!
It’s also a good way of spending some quality family time together, after a good pub meal why not settle down to a traditional board game or cards.
